In the beginning
And so, the conscious and attentive experience of this moment, stripped of conceptual overlay, can open us to the ineffable [...] of this existence, right where we are.
You can't want or cause this. It hits you. While walking in a forest, listening to music or watching an ant continue its path.
For a moment there is a gap in the structure of thought and the reality of your natural, naked, wordless existence is suddenly completely evident. It is simply that where I am now, how I feel now, what I am experiencing now.
For me, this is the only and true 'spirituality'. It does not have to and cannot even be practiced,
because it is already known.
